Auditor compliance monitoring

Mission

Carry out of internal and external audits, evaluations and inspections within the field of Quality monitoring for Flight Operations & Ground Operations with a view to guaranteeing the conformity with quality rules, regulations, processes and procedures prescribed by European and national norms in order to preserve and raise quality within the company.

Tasks

  • Plan, carry out and report internal and external audits, evaluations and inspections in order to guarantee compliance with procedures and regulations within the organization. Develop and set up audit checklist, write procedures or amendments

  • Identify and determine problems and findings with the necessary elements to reach a solution. Give the necessary recommendations in order to reach a solution and prevent that the same problems put themselves again.

  • Analyse results of audit and propose structural improvements. Initiate and recommend solutions concerning the findings, Give advises to the management on improvements, preventive or correcting measures. Be innovative to propose procedures improvements with a view to clarity, completeness and efficiency.

  • Verify of the correct implementation of the findings, follow-up of corrections.

  • Immediate reporting of critical problems, giving or taking part in audit debriefing to management, writing of audits reports, reporting all audit results to the Compliance Monitoring Manager. Cooperate and takes part in meetings concerning the drawing up and the updating of the procedure manuals in order to promote the “quality & safety thinking” among the complete organization.

  • Remain Up-to-date with legislation and procedures, EASA, ICAO and IATA, in order to operate in accordance with the applying legislation.

 Profile

  • Bachelor level or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years’ experience in an operational activity in aviation, Ground Operations or Flight Operations.
  • Basic knowledge of quality systems is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of aircraft operations in general.

  • Thorough knowledge of regulation (can give recommendation).

  • Ability to give debriefings and recommendations on management level. Strong communication skills and assertiveness combined with diplomacy, and competently to be able act as a representative of the company. Ability to take decisions and to work autonomously. Very good sense of responsibility and involvement, work ethics aimed at quality. Ability to accept and respect rules, procedures and internal regulations.

  • Result driven and innovatively think,mindset aimed at improvements.

  • Team player, in a flexible way: have a practical attitude and is open for changes.

  • Knowledge of languages: English and Dutch or French, both spoken and written.

  • Good IT skills: MS Office; Word, Excel & Access.

  • A very good administrative skill, accuracy is a must.

  • Willing to travel to foreign countries is part of the function
