Jr. Digital Marketing Coordinator


Support the digital marketing team and assist in coordinating the implementation of the digital marketing plan, in line with the marketing and sales objectives of Brussels Airlines, working closely together with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Ensure consistency and efficiency across digital communication and touchpoints of the customer journey

  • Channels: OWN MEDIA: newsletters
  • PAID MEDIA: search engine advertising, display, video marketing etc.
  • Execution and monitoring of various digital projects (contests, games, online activations, ...)
  • Scope: Belgium, Europe, Asia (India), Africa, North America/Canada


  1. Assist in the coordination of digital communications and campaigns with all stakeholders such as the brand manager, the web team, the countries representatives, the internal creative team and external partners in order to prepare appropriate briefings for each targeted audience and channel at disposal vs. Brussels Airlines objectives.
  2. Support in the coordination of execution of creative material with either internal creative team or/and external partners, evaluate creative/copy proposals, give feedback/agreement, coordinate & control translations, proof reading, and control delivery of material to agencies/ media partners.
  3. Set up reporting and analysis about efficiency of communications implemented, in order to foster constant improvement. After having collected all the statistics about campaigns on web analytics and constant benchmarking, raise the following questions:
  • Was media appropriate to reach target and KPI?
  • Was message relevant & understood?
  • Was creative adequate?
  • Was the activity successful: results in line with objectives?
  • Suggestions for next action?


  • Bachelor degree in e-business, marketing or communication with a strong online focus
  • Google Analytics Certified – Google Adwords is a plus
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Selligent or similar is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google docs
  • Digital savvy, affinity with digital channels and innovations and latest trends in digital advertising
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
