Who are we looking for?
The Training Systems & Digital Learning Expert is responsible for the operational management, reliability, and continuous improvement of Crew Training digital platforms and learning solutions.
The role ensures that training systems, learning content, and training event workflows are operationally robust, compliant, user-friendly, and future-ready, supporting both Flight Crew and Cabin Crew training.
This role connects training administration, digital platforms, and learning design, turning training policies into practical and scalable digital solutions.

Operational Management of Training Digital Platforms
The role is the operational expert of Crew Training digital systems, ensuring correct day-to-day functioning and alignment with training processes.
Key systems include (non-exhaustive):
- TPMS (Training Performance Monitoring System)
- E-FILE (training and crew documentation repository)
- Learning Management System
Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct configuration of training systems
- Manage user access rights in line with role definitions and approvals
- Act as first point of contact for training system issues, escalations and vendor coordination
- Ensure alignment between training administration procedures and system behaviour
- Support system changes, updates, and releases in coordination with IT and vendors
- Maintain system documentation and user guidance for instructors and training staff
- Contribute, mainly from a technical perspective, to the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of departmental KPIs
Support to the TRG Admin Team
The Training Systems & Digital Learning supports the Licensing Officers in management and follow-up of all relevant crew qualifications and certificates within the LMS, CMS and TPMS/EFILE.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage the automatization of open training events in TPMS and related platforms
- Support Training Administration and instructors in resolving open or inconsistent events
- Contribute to trend monitoring and continuous improvement of training event handling
WBT / CBT Design & Digital Learning Support
The role supports the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support instructional design of WBT/CBT in line with approved training objectives
- Translate training content into effective, engaging, and scalable digital learning formats
- Ensure learning modules are:
- Technically sound
- Pedagogically coherent
- Compatible with training systems and crew interfaces
- Coordinate updates to learning content following:
- Input from SMEs based on Regulatory changes
- Training feedback
- Operational lessons learned
- Support testing, validation, and controlled release of new or revised learning modules
Where do you land?
You’ll be part of a team of 4 and will report directly to the Training Administration and Performance Manager.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent by means of experience
- Aviation Knowledge is not mandatory but a plus
- Extended knowledge and interest in MS Office applications
- Thorough knowledge and interest in the use of common digital platforms
- Self-motivated, pro-active and solution driven
- Strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, empathy, diplomacy)
- Strong communication skills, as well as organizational and management skills
- Eye for innovation and continuous improvement
- Multi-cultural awareness
- Resilience and adaptation to changing environment
- Highly proficient in English, good knowledge of Dutch and French
