Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Sheet Metal Performer to join our Maintenance & Engineering team. In this hands-on role, you help keep our Airbus fleet flying safely and reliably by performing structural sheet metal and composite repairs during line and light maintenance. Working closely with aircraft engineers and the engineering department, you contribute to minimising aircraft downtime while ensuring safe, precise and high-quality maintenance for our internal customers. - Perform structural sheet metal and composite repairs on Airbus A320 family and Airbus A330 aircraft
- Assess, report and rectify aircraft structural damages, modifications and sheet metal or composite related discrepancies according to approved maintenance data
- Execute routine maintenance tasks in a safe and secure manner
- Complete aircraft documentation correctly and accurately
- Collaborate closely with the engineering department and aircraft engineers, providing advice and solutions to minimise downtime and cost
- Perform sheet metal and/or composite shop work on aircraft parts and provide the associated administration in accordance with BA scope and EASA Part 145 rules
- Ensure the cabin shop meets EASA 145 requirements by guarding cleanliness, tools, equipment and stock
- Monitor and follow up on the state of maintenance of ground equipment material and your working environment

Where do you land?
You’ll be part of the Maintenance & Engineering department, supporting line and light maintenance activities across the Airbus A320 family fleet and Airbus A330 fleet. You will work in close cooperation with Production & Logistics, aircraft engineers and the engineering department.
Your profile

- A3 obtained in a technical school
- Holder of an approved certificate indicating you followed a sheet metal and/or composite course, or proven experience in sheet metal and/or composite repairs
- Ability to approach a situation or problem in a structured, methodological and logical way
- Good level of technical English
- Knowledge of AMOS is a plus
- You communicate well and are team-oriented
- Safety is one of your key priorities and you have a sense of responsibility
- Very precise and detailed approach
- Ability to take initiative on a given task and persist with the task to its completion
- Flexible
- Planning and organisation of own work
- Orderly and clean oriented
