Function Description

As a Senior Test Developer you will support the Quality Assurance and Test Manager in defining the Quality plan of the project and the test design and you will also coach and support the test Consultant in executing these plans. The Senior Test Developer will collaborate on defining both functional and technical (automation) test designs.

You will have the opportunity to work on an enterprise wide solution program that include, but are not limited to:

· Support the Testing and Quality Assurance Manager in everyday tasks

· Delivery of test designs (or test plan’s) including test data

· Delivery of « use test » to cover the application’s requirements

· Coach/Support Test consultants in executing testing tasks

· Take part in executing Use Case/Scope Acceptance testing, Load testing, Stress testing and Performance testing

Required Skills

· Proficient in English and at least one of the official Belgian languages (Dutch or French) . Any additional language is a plus.

· Result driven

· Customer centric – good vision of business processes and ability to interract with customer reps., be able to adapt quickly

· objective and analytical mindset

· strong communication skills, and will for sharing experience with both staff and customers

· preferably ISEB/ISTQB certified (or equivalent)

· Experience in mass data testing/scalability testing with tools/methodologies such as HP Load Runner, CA Application Performance Management, CLIF…
