Fujitsu Services has a global strategic partnership with EMC Documentum and is as such very active in the area of Enterprise Content Management. As a result we are looking for consultants to expand our ECM practice.

Function Description

You will join the Documentum Center of Excellence team located in Brussels as a Documentum Consultant and become part of our dedicated Documentum practice.
Your role will be to:
• Design, build and test specific components of a content management system, specifically customizations to Documentum Content Server 6 with Documentum Webtop , WDK, BOP/BOF, DFC, DFS or Web Publisher.
• Develop, debug and test Documentum DocApps and scripts to automate client processes
• Develop complex workflows and business processes (with BPM)
• Advise an organization on how to implement/streamline existing processes
• Develop acceptance test documents and acquire user approval
• Develop documentation, manuals, user guides and potentially provide customer in-class training
• Develop strong working relationships with client and Documentum team members as needed
Required Experience/Abilities:
• Java (J2EE) development and implementation skills (preferably with a relevant Java certification)
• Experience with J2EE frameworks (Struts, Hibernate…)
• 2 years development/implementation experience with the Documentum product set (min. D5.x) and practical experience with Documentum 6
• Multi-project experience with Documentum Webtop, Developer Studio/Application Builder, DFC, DFS and WDK is particularly useful
• Good understanding on how Documentum integrates with other technologies
• Experience in working with BEA, Websphere and/or Oracle application servers
• Experience with Tomcat is a distinct advantage
• Advanced knowledge of XML and XSLT
• Ability to pick up, understand and apply new technologies, sometimes at short notice
• Understanding of EDM concepts. (e.g. classification, taxonomy, …) and associated technologies such as capturing solutions, workflow solutions, …
• Experience with formal structured design, development and testing techniques
• Ability to understand and follow functional specifications
• Language skills: English and preferably French and/or Dutch
• Willingness to travel and perform missions abroad as required
• University degree or Graduate in computer sciences
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with clear progression towards senior technical roles
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Good sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to deliver quality work on time
• Good ability to work both in a multicultural team and independently

Preferred Experience/Abilities:

• Experience in consulting services, ideally in BIG 4/6
• Knowledge of imaging and transactional printing systems
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server/DB2 internals
• Knowledge of Unix and NT operating systems
