About Brussels Airlines
Brussels Airlines, part of the Lufthansa Group, is the national airline of Belgium with its home base at Brussels Airport.
Our mission is to be the most reliable airline, making everyone feel at home.

Purpose of the position
At Brussels Airlines, our journey goes beyond the skies. With bold ambitions for growth and innovation, we’re not just flying further—we’re building smarter, greener, and more inspiring places for our people and aircraft to thrive.

Together, we’ll craft smart, resilient, and future-ready solutions.

- Act as our main liaison with Brussels Airport Company and other key stakeholders in Belgium and abroad.
- Develop and drive mid- and long-term real estate strategies, including lease negotiations, site planning, and space optimization.
- Ensure best-in-class service delivery by managing external providers and facilities management contracts with strong cost and performance discipline.
Your profile
- You hold a university degree—ideally in architecture, civil engineering construction planning, or a related technical field—or a relevant vocational qualification with professional experience in construction & real estate.
- You have several years of leadership experience.
- You bring strong analytical skills and several years of experience in project management.
- Strong experience in real estate project management, facility operations, and investment planning.
- Deep understanding of building technologies, sustainability, compliance, and landlord-tenant regulations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills; confident engaging with C-level, airport authorities, and service partners
- You have unrestricted work authorization for Belgium/ the European Union.
