Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven a Hangar Support Technician, who will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and safety of our maintenance operations. You ensure that the hangar and workspaces are clean, organized, and functional. Your proactive, hands-on support helps maintain a safe and structured environment for our technical teams.
Facility Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform light technical and repair tasks (e.g. minor fixes, equipment adjustments, workspace set-ups)
- Inspect and maintain shop floor areas, assist in improvement projects (painting, layout changes, etc.)
- Ensure proper waste disposal and support environmental compliance
- Assist with facility tasks related to maintenance schedules and special projects
Inventory & Supplies
- Keep maintenance tools and supplies well-stocked and organized
- Track usage and reorder essential items (e.g. consumables, safety materials)
Workplace Organization & Cleanliness
- Maintain 5S standards (clean, organized, audit-ready workspace)
- Support general hangar cleaning and deep-cleaning coordination
- Help optimize layout for safety and efficiency
Safety & Compliance
- Monitor PPE and safety supply levels
- Support internal safety inspections and compliance with company policies
Team Support
- Assist technicians and support maintenance-related activities
- Report facility issues and suggest improvements

Your profile

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or support roles in an industrial, aviation or technical environment
- Experience working in a safety-sensitive or regulated workplace is preferred
- Basic handyman and mechanical skills (e.g., use of hand tools, fixing equipment, minor repairs)
- Familiarity with workplace safety protocols, including PPE use and proper waste disposal
- Understanding of 5S or similar workplace organization systems
- Physically capable of lifting moderate loads and performing manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety and order
- Proactive, self-motivated and takes ownership of assigned areas
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good communication and coordinating skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Willingness to adapt and respond flexibly to changing maintenance needs or priorities
