Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Control Center Manager, who is responsible for managing and steering the Maintenance Control Centre team in a highly operational oriented department for execution and compliance of the daily management duties & tasks. You will organize your team members as such to accomplish full alignment between the MCC engineers, Trouble shooters and Operations engineering ensuring a seamless cooperation.

- Lead and steer the MCC team to ensure safe, seamless daily operations
- Develop and continuously improve lean procedures for line maintenance issues and pilot calls
- Embed safety culture, guest focus, and M&E core values through leadership by example
- Monitor and manage KPIs related to on-time performance, regularity, and AOG prevention and recovery
- Organize MCC meetings, drive continuous improvement, and ensure appropriate training and coaching
- Take lead coordination in complex AOG situations
- Drive effective, digitized communication and cooperation with iOCC and other key stakeholders
- Strengthen and continuously apply the MCC Safety Management System
- Benchmark processes and digital tools within the LH Group and the wider industry
- Manage data-driven operational processes and maintain accurate, digitized dashboards
- Optimize AMOS and Aviatar reporting and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
- Foster innovation, new technologies, and change to improve operational excellence
- Supervise Part 145 maintenance performance in compliance with EASA CAMO regulations
- Define, monitor, and act on maintenance performance KPIs and SLA performance
- Oversee airworthiness, deferred defects, recurrent defects, Minimum Equipment List defects, CRS, and AOG activities, including final return-to-service approval
- Contribute operational expertise to M&E training and continuous improvement initiatives

Where do you land?
You’ll be part of the Maintenance & Engineering team — a passionate and committed group that plays a key role in ensuring every flight is safe, enjoyable, and on time. Our technicians and engineers keep our aircraft in top condition — from the tip of the nose to the top of the tail.
You will report directly to the Head of Engineering and Planning.
Your profile

- Master degree in Aeronautics Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in aeronautical engineering and/or aeronautical maintence
- Excellent knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and the organization’s CAME and Part M requirements
- Experience in other technical areas of an operator like engineering, production or purchasing
- Proven management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Collaborative team player with strong leadership, conflict management and communication skills
- Resilience, responsibility and the ability to work under stress
- Proficiency in MS Office and MRO software (AMOS)
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); Dutch and / or French is a plus
