Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Support Team Manager Line & Light Maintenance, who leads and coordinates three core support domains—GSE & Tooling, Off-Wing Engine & APU Preparation, and Maintenance Support Staff—to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized maintenance environment across hangar and line operations.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and performance of the Maintenance Support Team, including operational planning, resource allocation, workflow prioritization, and cross-domain alignment. The Manager ensures that all support activities are delivered in line with operational demand, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance Support Team across GSE & Tooling, Off-Wing Engine & APU Preparation, and Maintenance Support activities
- Plan shift coverage, allocate resources, and balance workloads to ensure effective support of maintenance operations
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, performance, and regulatory compliance across all maintenance support domains
- Define operational priorities, service levels, and improvement actions aligned with production and maintenance plans
- Monitor operational KPIs and translate performance results into corrective and continuous improvement actions
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve robust and transparent GSE & Tooling processes to ensure on-time availability for aircraft maintenance
- Oversee GSE & Tooling planning, readiness, calibration, usage, storage, and lifecycle management, ensuring audit readiness and compliance
- Identify GSE & Tooling gaps, manage procurement and business cases, and oversee vendor and supplier performance
- Coordinate and supervise end-to-end off-wing engine and APU preparation, handling, documentation, and handover processes
- Ensure first-time-right execution of engine and APU installation, removal, preservation, and shipment preparation
- Manage planning, manpower coverage, and execution of maintenance support and non-certifying operational tasks
- Ensure full compliance with EASA Part 145 requirements, company procedures, and Safety Management System standards
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensure proper reporting of hazards and deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as primary interface for operational escalations, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and recovery planning

You’ll be part of the Maintenance & Engineering team — a passionate and committed group that plays a key role in ensuring every flight is safe, enjoyable, and on time. Our technicians and engineers keep our aircraft in top condition — from the tip of the nose to the top of the tail.
You will report directly to the Head of Line & Light Maintenance.
Your profile

- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in aviation industry with experience in line and base maintenance operations
- Proven leadership experience in aviation industry with experience in line and base maintenance operations
- Strong coaching, organizational, planning, communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) ; Dutch and/or French is a plus
- Knowledge of AMOS would be an advantage
