Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented a Digital Product Owner who is responsible to define, develop and execute the digital servicing strategy with objectives to increase the NPS & revenues and to reduce servicing costs. And that could be you! Curious what your responsibilities would look like?

 

Define Digital Strategy & Roadmap

  • Set the digital strategy for key capabilities and touchpoints (e.g. chatbot, website, mobile app, PureCloud).
  • Align roadmap with Customer Experience, Service Centre, Customer Relations, Operations and LHG Digital Hangar to improve NPS, revenue and cost efficiency.
  • Define product vision, identify growth opportunities and advise management based on solid analysis.
  • Map customer journeys and assess organizational touchpoints.

 

EndtoEnd Ownership of Digital Implementation

  • Lead the transformation from physical to digital operations and manage full delivery of digital projects.
  • Define requirements with all units and coordinate with IT and architects to select external partners.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution.
  • Oversee implementation with IT and LHG Digital Hangar; provide clear direction to teams and stakeholders.
  • Write user stories, define acceptance criteria and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
  • Evaluate value, prioritize work and support testing strategy.
  • Define KPIs and ensure process changes are implemented across departments.

 

Monitor KPIs & Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Track impact on NPS, conversion, sales growth and cost reduction.
  • Report results and support data‑driven decisions.
  • Improve UX and conversion through A/B testing with UX, content, development and ancillary teams.

 

Be a Digital Ambassador

  • Secure stakeholder buy‑in for roadmap priorities.
  • Keep internal teams informed about planning, scope, budget, risks and KPI impact.
  • Promote digital tools across the organization and identify synergies.
  • Serve as advisor on digital experience, monitor industry trends and competitor developments.

Some of the tasks listed above may be performed on behalf of the LHG hub airlines, under the functional lead of a manager in the LHG matrix, while the disciplinary lead within SN organization remains unchanged.

 

Your profile

  • Master’s degree (Business or IT) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Strong background in digital/e‑commerce; airline industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other IT development methodologies.
  • Solid IT affinity and ability to collaborate constructively with technical teams.
  • Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Strong presentation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Great organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Assertive, pro‑active and highly autonomous.
  • Flexible and resilient in a fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
  • Team player with an open mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Strong interest in new technologies and digital innovation.
