Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Global Sales Service Expert. The role exists to support global B2B and B2C service providers and optimize servicing processes across the Lufthansa Group. As a market and topic anchor within the Global Servicing Competence Center, the position ensures local market needs are addressed while contributing to the development and implementation of global sales servicing processes.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve B2B sales servicing processes on a global scale.
  • Provide conceptual solutions and operational 2nd-level support to service providers and sales organizations.
  • Act as the escalation point for qualitative issues with service providers, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate communication activities with the global sales communication team and manage change initiatives.
  • Serve as liaison with CTO supervisors for servicing-related topics, ensuring timely updates on processes, tools, and compliance.
  • Monitor and investigate waiver, refund, and ADM matters in collaboration with service providers and internal teams.

Where do you land?

You will report directly to GSCC Team Lead and are based in Africa, operating in a matrix structure.

Your profile

  • You are employed by one of the Lufthansa Group carriers and are based in Africa
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in the aviation industry.
  • Experience in project participation and knowledge of market and Lufthansa Group sales processes.
  • Familiarity with LHG tools (e.g., OneRes).
  • Fluent communication in English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
  • Deep understanding of LHG ticketing, sales, and servicing processes.
  • Commercial awareness and process improvement orientation.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills and conceptual thinking.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
