Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented Sales and Servicing Coordinator. The role exists to coordinate and streamline all Sales and Servicing activities for Lufthansa Group customers and partners across Africa. It ensures alignment between City Ticketing Offices, Inside Sales Experts, and the sales community, driving policy compliance, operational excellence, and customer-focused solutions.

- Serve as the primary coordination point between CTOs, Inside Sales Experts, and the sales and servicing community.
- Align servicing processes with sales strategies and facilitate effective communication to resolve issues promptly.
- Develop, monitor, and revise revenue-focused KPIs for CTOs in Africa in coordination with General Managers.
- Ensure compliance with Lufthansa Group Sales Policies, Rules & Regulations, and local Agency Support Guidelines.
- Identify process gaps and coordinate improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and structure onboarding programs and training to maintain consistent servicing standards and promote knowledge sharing.

Your profile

- You are employed by one of the Lufthansa Group carriers and are based in Africa
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in the aviation industry.
- Experience in project participation and knowledge of market and Lufthansa Group sales processes.
- Familiarity with LHG tools (e.g., OneRes).
- Fluent communication in English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
- Deep understanding of LHG ticketing, sales, and servicing processes.
- Commercial awareness and process improvement orientation.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and conceptual thinking.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
