Who are we looking for?

The Inside Sales Expert provides sales and servicing support in the market where we closed down our CTO in order to optimize the provision of services to Corporate (without TMC) and VIP customers. Acts on behalf of the Lufthansa Group (LHG) to provide assistance and information to corporates and VIP customers that have booked LHG products or services for individual and corporate bookings.

And that could be you! Curious what your responsibilities would look like?

In your role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Handles the relationship with Corporates & VIP customers in order to guarantee an efficient and client-oriented commercial service delivery that maximizes customer satisfaction.
  • Only for escalation: Booking and ticketing for Corporates & VIP via phone or email Ticket payment only by bank transfer or credit card ANC-sales to VIP and Corporate customers, threshold identified on market level
  • Escalation point of contact towards GSCC anchors to ensure country specific issues are being handled.
  • Keep CSM up to date
  • Miscellaneous
    • 3rd level support ADM
    • Commercial support to high value corporate customers
    • SEAL support (together with AM – might go to service provider in future)
    • Free ticket voucher support (together with AM)
    • Special Services (e.g. VIP MAAS /MEDA Cases)
  • Acts as a backup within the assigned back-office/support agent community, ensuring continuity of service and operational coverage when local team is unavailable.
  • All other duties as assigned or required

 

Your profile

We are looking forward to your application, if you fulfill the following requirements and skills:

  • Candidate with a minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in professional experience in a Sales/Ticketing related function
  • Two years of professional experience in the aviation industry and experience in LHG sales processes knowledge including LHG tools (OneRes etc.) 
  • Overall knowledge of the booking – ticketing – settlement process of air documents and the tariffication
  • Computer knowledge (MS office)
  • Knowledge of OneRes
  • Fluent in English, French desired
  • Welcoming attitude and frontline professional

  • Commercial insight & attitude
  • Easy interaction and convincing skills
  • Stress resilient & flexible
