Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented Account Manager Ivory Coast. The Account Manager in Ivory Coast is responsible for acquiring new business and maintaining strong commercial relationships with agencies and corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets and increase product awareness.

  • Manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio to build long-term relationships and maximize sales revenue.
  • Monitor customer portfolio performance and ensure accurate account information in the CRM system.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned segments to grow the client base.
  • Represent the company at external events, promotional activities, and industry functions to enhance market visibility.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses, competitors, and industry trends, and propose actions to drive revenue.

Your profile

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales environment within the aviation sector
  • Proven commercial experience with strong results
  • Experience in the travel or airline industry
  • Excellent knowledge of Brussels Airlines products
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of booking, ticketing, settlement processes, and fare calculation
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of Amadeus and Axrès
  • Strong commercial orientation
  • Hunter and farmer mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Flexibility to attend events outside normal working hours
